AGL-America Global Logistics was started in 2005 in San Jose Costa Rica as a logistics services provider focused on consignee oriented solutions; By 2007 the company had extended its office network to Guatemala, and in 2008 the Miami and Santiago, Chile offices were added to the existing structure, as were Panama and El Salvador. 

Continued expansion in the Latin America territory is the company's main driving factor, concentrating its core service center in Miami, the capital of the Americas.
